, as an audio-visual company, aware that best practice as re-
gards responsibility with the audience is through the content which is
broadcast. For this reason, it has decided for amodel of televisionwhich
is responsible to society.
Atresmediahasbeen recognizedas the leading company inCorporate
Responsibility in the television sector.
This commitment to responsibility as regards content and the transmis-
sion of values through these allowed the company to become the leader
in Corporate Responsibility in the public and private television sectors as
is theconclusionof theEsporasdehelechosyelefantes2012Report (Fern
and Elephant Spores Report 2012), drafted by the Fundación Comprom-
iso Empresarial (Business Commitment Foundation). With the intention
to continue working along these lines and consolidate them, in 2013, the
Group joined theForodeResponsabilidadCorporativayMediosdeComu-
nicación (TheCorporateResponsibilityandMediaForum).
All thecompaniesof theGroupshareanumberof valueswhichareapplied
transversally in all the channels and in all the programmes, regardless of
whether these areentertainment or fictionprogrammes. These values are:
quality, diversity, thepresenceof limits and innovation.
The presence of these values in the content broadcast is one of the hall-
marksof theprogrammingof

manding selection process for the products broadcast, as well as an ex-
haustive control of their development, production and broadcasting. The
