familywalkwas held. Around
7,500 people (almost double the number seen in the previous year)
walked the 2.3 km to the attractions at Madrid's Warner Park. Ainhoa

the startingpistol.
Thenumber of participants doubled for the secondeditionof 'De
Marcha conel Estirón’ (Walkingwithel Estirón).
‘Muévete’: El Estirón invites you todance
El Estirón
launched a video clip and choreography in 2013 that, with the
helpofSergioAlcover, invitespeopleof all ages togetupandmovealong
to the song ‘Muévete’.
To launch the video, more than 200 children from Estudiantes danced
along to thechoreography in thehalf-timebreakat aTuentiMóvil Estudi-
antes basketball game, atMadrid's PalaciodeDeportes.
Theworkof El Estirónhas been rewarded in 2013with various
honours, such as the ‘Por unMundomás Fitness’ award that
recognisesworkpromotingphysical activity andhealthyhabits
amongyoungpeople.
The initiativehas also received the ‘Almería JuegaLimpio’ award for
promotingeducation in values and active living for school children;
and the ‘Gastronómico laCapillaAward’ for its goodwork and
dedication in the areaof the food industry andpromotinghealthy
eatinghabits in children.
