The improved results are largely due to themeasures adoptedby

and hazardprevention activities compared to 2012, or the improvedpre-
ventive education of workers, through several specific training sessions
(healthy companies, users of datadisplay screens and road safety).
PRL active communication
Atresmedia
maintains active two-way communications with employees
onoccupational health and safety. This is evidenced inperiodicmeetings
heldwithPreventionDelegates, which have included space for consulta-
tion andparticipation.
Distributionof occupational safety andhealthpolicies and
practices to employees
Atresmedia
promotes awareness among employees regarding the risks
they are exposed to and the rules theymust follow to control and avoid
accidents and achieve safe and healthy working conditions. In 2013,
Atresmedia
initiated the following actions:

: It is
a service providedby theMedical Services andPreventionDepart-
ment for employees on their request.

Training actions
: In 2013, several training actions have been exe-
cuted in favor of several collectives. For example, the sessions or-
ganizedon 26September and 10October for users of DataDisplay
Screens (PVD), whichwere attended by 92 employees, or the ses-
sions held on 18 and 22 November on road safety and traffic acci-
dent prevention, whichwas attendedby46persons.
