Labor climate survey
Atresmedia
has executed a labor environment survey involving middle
and senior management. The results were very positive, especially con-
sidering thecurrent economic scenario, thechangeprocessand thecrisis
sufferedby the sector. A summary of themain conclusions derived from
this report areprovidedbelow:
Participation
Participationwas approximately90%, which represents a 13%
improvement compared to the last labor environment survey
performed in 2011.
Factors analyzed
A clear improvementwas recorded in all factors compared to 2011,
except in the remuneration factor. 83%of positive responseswere
received; 8%more than in 2011.

factors that increased themost compared to theprevious labor
environment survey.
_ Theopinionof Executives andmiddlemanagement improved

_ Withmore than67%of positive responses, the lowest scorewas

factors that experienced least growth compared to the 2011 labor
environment survey.
_ Managers are themost critical collective, especially in conditions
relative to the effectiveness of theorganization, occupational
conditions andmotivation.
_ Highlights of the lowest valued aspects:
• The remuneration equalityboth internal and external.
• The lackof correspondencebetween salaryperceived and the
degreeof achievement of objectives.

In order to guarantee the quality and stability at work,
Atresmedia
has
designed a general action plan to promote the areas of improvement
that havebeendetected in the labor environment survey. Specific linesof
work havebeendeveloped for eachoneof thegroups and areas.
