Attendance to corporate training plans experienced growth in 2013 and
represented an investment of 372,487Euros. In this sense, 1,070 employ-
ees benefited from the Training Plan which represented an increase of
124.3% compared to 2012. In addition, the number of training hours in-
creased to 20,449 with an average of 19.1 hours per employee; a figure
slightlygreater than 2012.
