Commitment to equality anddiversity
Equal opportunities and diversity are two of the basic principles of the
corporate culture of Atresmedia. Both values are reflected in theHuman
Resources policy, which commits for equal treatment as a differentiating
factor.
In order to reinforce these values, a Commissionwas created in 2013 for
the reconciliation of employment and personal life, as part of the new
CollectiveAgreement. Itsmainobjectivewas thecommissioningofmeas-
ures to favor equal treatment between men and women, as well as the
drive for reconciliation of family and employment life or the negotiation
of theEqualityPlan, amongothers.
The Equality Plan, the commission of which has just been created, evi-
dences the commitment of
Atresmedia
with its employees and respect
for diversity. It is part of the organizational philosophy of the group and
seeks to reach abetter occupational climate.
