executes specific training and talent management actions
that allow for thegrowthof its professionals bothon apersonal andpro-
fessional level.
Trainingprogram
Ongoing training and talent development of employees are two of the
strategic priorities of the Group to continue growing in the following
years. Therefore,
Atresmedia
has committed to establish a personalized
action framework of global scope, through thedevelopment andpromo-
tionof aTrainingPlan.
The Training Plan establishes each year the program and calendar of
courses offered for personnel bearing inmind the transversal and func-
tional requirementsof theareaof function theyhold. Thisway, employees
receive the necessary training for a suitable occupational performance
while facilitating their personal evolution.
In 2013, the training portfolio consisted of 361 courses organized in pre-
sential and e-learningmodes. The top courses have been related to lan-
guages and technology aspects.
