The commitment of

with the health of its employees goes
beyond the requirements set forthby existing regulations. TheGroupor-

High blood pressure control and prevention campaigns
: This is
an action aimed at all Group employees. Of the total employees
that voluntarily submitted tomedical examination, 22of themhave,
throughout the year and voluntarily, controlled andmonitored their
bloodpressure receivingpractical adviceonhealthhabits, foodand
physical exercise.

Skin cancer prevention campaign
: 284 employees voluntarily ben-
efited from this campaign organized during the second half of Oc-
tober.
