Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) is to improve the employabil-
ity and professional insertion of participating students, by acquiring the
necessary skills to implement Social Responsibility and sustainableman-
agement and administrationmodels. Atresmedia collaborates by sharing
its good Corporate Responsibility practices and offering its students a
practiceproject to executeduring the course.
FourthCR consultationprocesswith stakeholders
Atresmedia
held in 2013 a presential meetingwith its stakeholders in or-
der to identify their perceptions, claims and expectations with regards
to the Company and identify the key subjects concerning the media in
terms of Corporate Responsibility. This consultation process, the fourth
organized by the Group, had representatives from all stakeholders: ad-
vertisers, audiences, media agencies, society, investors, suppliers, NGO,
environment andothermedia companies.

Project
Through an annual questionnaire sent to the top listed companies, the
Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) initiative gathers information on emis-
sion reductionplans, transparencyof corporate actions aswell as oppor-
tunities and risks relative toclimatechange. Atresmediaobtaineda score
of 60D, the highest for its sector.
New informationgatheringprocedureof stakeholders
Anewprocedurewill be implemented shortly tocollect expectations and
demands of stakeholders, which consists in analyzing, standardizing and
givinggreaterutility to the information that is receivedatpresent through
channels already established in theGroup.

CorporateResponsibilitymanagementmodel and the relationwith stake-
holders.
