Quality Committee is themain body that manages the
qualityof servicesand is represented inall departments involved. Itsmain
function is to analyse themost relevant incidents and the status of open
actions, as well as report this information on a monthly basis to senior
management, in order to take the corresponding decisions. This joint
analysis allows describing themost effective global improvement plans,
basedon accumulated knowledge.
During 2013, the Quality Committee has implemented different action
