compliantwith current personal dataprotection legislation.
In 2013, pertinent periodic auditsweremadewith favorable results, add-
ing the various improvements relatedwith the use of computer systems
and InformationCommunication andTelecom (ICT) resources.

adapted itswebsitesduring thisyear tonew legal
requirements regarding the use of cookies, in compliancewith the crite-
ria included in theGuide on the use of cookies approved by the Spanish
DataProtectionAgency, Autocontrol, adigital and IABSpain. As aconse-
quence, all Groupwebsites informusers on the useof thesedevices.
In addition, theprocedures applicable to control the various legal risks in
the computer areahavebeen reviewed, implementing a communications
plan aimed at users of computer equipment and ICT resources of
Atres-
media
to remind them of their usage policies. Among other initiatives, a
legal warning has been added to the equipment informing users of the
need tomake a responsible use of them andof fulfilling applicable legis-
lation.
