Commitment toanethical and legal behaviour
The Code of Conduct is part of the internal rules of
Atresmedia
defining
the corporate culture of theGroup, establishing the principles and values
that govern theOrganizationand link it toall employees aswell as admin-
istrators and senior management. This Code has endowed the Company
of control mechanisms, which added to the existing ones – action pro-
tocols, tools for use by parties affected by the Internal Code of Conduct
with regards to the securitiesmarket, internal financial informationcontrol
systems, the execution of legal and voluntary audits (financial, data pro-
tection, etc.) - translate into theethical and legal behaviour of theGroup.

implemented a reports channel in 2013, enabling all its em-
ployees to communicate (in a confidential manner and under the com-
mitment of non- retaliation) any actions considered unsuitable by virtue
of the Code of Conduct as well as if appropriate, irregularities detected
in the process of drafting financial information or significant weaknesses
of the internal financial information control system (SCIIF). Furthermore,
