This is the seventhoccasiononwhich
Atresmedia
has
published its CorporateResponsibilityReport integrated into theAnnual
Report and informing on its commitments with regard to Sustainability
with an economic, social and environmental focus.
For the first time, the reportwas drafted following the criteria set out by
theG4guidelinesat its “exhaustive” level in theGlobal Reporting Initiative
(GRI) although it is the sixth year inwhich it has been verified by a third
party (AENOR), ensuring compliance with the requisites of this interna-
tionally recognized standard.
All the GRI G4 requisites included in the
GRI index havebeen verifiedbyAENOR.
The information provided in this report refers to the period between
January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013 and covers all the activities of

giving priority to the material information, while not omitting relevant

Material Nature:
The material nature of the content was determined
based on the information receivedby the interest groups through active
dialogue and specific tools which are described in the section “Socially
ResponsibleManagement” of the report. Thematerial aspectswere iden-
tified throughout the report as ‘relevant aspects’.
Each relevant aspectwasanalysed inorder to identify itscorrespondence
with the content and specific indicators of GRI G4, selecting the sections
which really respond to the interest groups and to the strategy of
Atres-
media
. Inaddition, voluntary responseshavebeengiven toother sections
of G4which, although they are not of amaterial nature for the organiza-
tion, contribute to more transparency, understanding of the activity of
the company and facilitate the transition process from theGRI 3.1 to the
GRI G4guidelines.
