Themost important milestone in 2013was the signature of the VIII Col-
lectiveAgreement, which represented a great advance for the company.
As part of the new Collective Agreement a commission was created to
improvework-lifebalance and tonegotiate anEqualityPlan for the com-
pany. In addition, training for all headcount has increased and internal
communication has been improved due to communication tools such as
the internadigitalmagazine, thecorporate intranet or theWelcomeMan-
ual. Finally, 93 employees volunteered indifferent activities such as soup
kitchens, the Food Bank or nursing homes, with a donation to the com-
munityof 1.429hours.
TheRandstadEmployer Branding 2013Report has highlighted
Atresmedia for the second consecutiveyear as oneof the threemedia
companieswithgreatest employment attractiveness. This recognition
highlights the appropriateemployment policyof Atresmedia and its
capacity and attractiveness to capture, attract and retain thebest
talent.
