Through its own and third party research Atresmedia is highly familiar with the advertising market and adapts its marketing policy on the basis of actual and forecast developments. Moreover, Atresmedia has acquired Smartclip so as to grow in the online advertising market. Increased competition Considerable increase in the offer of pay-TV and OTT operators in Spain. Declining consumption of linear TV across the board, but with a lower impact in Atresmedia channels. Atresmedia has made deals and alliances with pay-TV operators and OT T platforms to widen the distribution of its content. Increased expenditure on Atresplayer Brand reinforcement for offering content over the widest possible range of platforms. 6.
