The Board has opted for a model of separation of powers between the Chief Executive Officer and the Chairman, who is also an executive director, so an independent director, Patricia Estany Puig, was appointed as Lead Independent Director. Board diversity Atresmedia’s directors have the full range of skills and knowledge required by the Group’s activity. All boast solid careers in management and strategy, with most having experience in the media sector. Some directors have broad experience in finance and risks, backed up by experienced in insurance. Atresmedia has four non-Spanish directors, who are nationals of France, Germany and Italy.
