Identified risk Event Atresmedia response Criminal proceedings relating to SGAE Atresmedia has been affected by court orders issued against a number of authors. Atresmedia has not been charged with any criminal liability; it has merely been ordered to disclose documents. The existence of our Crime Prevention Model, the Whistleblowing Channel, the Code of Conduct, the GRC System and the Crime Prevention Protocol has successfully prevented any criminal liability for Atresmedia arising from this case. In addition, the Group has undertaken a comprehensive review of the business area concerned, leading to the design and implementation of new specific controls that reflect the experience acquired in the past few months. 6.4.3. Cybersecurity and data protection Being aware of the IT-related threats attendant on technological progress, Atresmedia has an IT Systems and Security unit – a department of I3Televisión – which provides comprehensive IT security services to all Group companies.
