(Kort Geding, S.L.) disclosed an agreement to restructure its company group. Under the agreement, the parties: (i) ratify the agreement entered into in May 2003 with RTL (UFA Film); (ii) state their intention not to alter their representation on the Board of Atresmedia unilaterally by buying new shares; and (iii) stipulate rules for passing resolutions (proposed appointments, non-competition agreement, steps to be taken to resolve any dispute between the parties, etc). On 20 December 2005, De Agostini Communications, S.A. disclosed that De Agostini Invest, S.A. had been spun off and dissolved.
