During the day, the volunteers handed out over 75 tickets for people to access the showers. They also distributed personal hygiene kits, including soap, toothbrushes, and other essential items. In addition, a hot breakfast was offered to address some of the most immediate needs of those attending.

The experience was especially enriching for the volunteers, who highlighted the importance of listening and dedicating time to the people they helped. Beyond the materials provided, a simple gesture like having a conversation offered great emotional support to those facing such difficult situations.
