Atresmedia, with the joint work of the departments of Human Resources and Corporate Responsibility, is committed to diversity and the incorporation of the talent of people with disabilities in its staff.
To promote the employability of this group, Atresmedia is implementing the following actions:
- Inclusive selection processes, taking into account the trained and prepared profiles of persons with disabilities, through collaboration with major foundations working to achieve equal employment opportunities for persons with disabilities.
- Incorporation of students with disabilities by means of the company's internship programme.
- Formative measures to improve the training of persons with disabilities in the audiovisual sector and overcome the social barriers and adaptation difficultes observed, in order to promote their labour insertion and increase their employability in the audiovisual sector.
