After the success of the first edition, in which more scholarships were awarded than those initially offered, both entities agreed to promote a second edition to continue supporting the integration of people with disabilities into the labour market.

Leire (19 years old) has attended the Corporate Communication course and comments that it has been a great experience for her: "We young people often believe that there is no life beyond university and that only at university we can find all the content we need to know to start our work experience. Thanks to courses like the one I have taken, we can learn, from practice, about current issues and get to know the importance of communication in any company, the image it wants to show to the outside world and the skills needed in conflict resolution".

For her part, Noelia (21 years old) signed up for the Production of Fiction Programmes course after having already taken another course in the first edition of the scholarships, where she learned about the production of large live programmes. "The moment I saw the news about these scholarships I knew it was a great opportunity and that I had to try to be one of the beneficiaries. Thanks to these courses I strengthened the knowledge I already had and learned many others and, in addition, I was eligible to do my first internship, a great experience from which I take with me, above all, the people I met during those months", says Noelia.

With her testimony, she emphasises the importance of projects such as the Capaz scholarships, from Atresmedia together with Fundación Universia, which help to make people with disabilities more visible: "As a communications student, I know first-hand that our presence in the audiovisual field is not very large and that on screen we hardly find characters in which we can see ourselves reflected. These projects bring visibility and diversity to the sector. I hope to continue to see how big companies support and accommodate people with disabilities and to have the opportunity to opt for other opportunities that allow me to learn, work and learn more about the world of communication".

The courses help students to open up their range of knowledge in this area, focusing on aspects and practical cases that are not taught at university. The project is part of the collaboration agreement signed in 2020 between the Atresmedia Group and the Universia Foundation, entities committed to diversity and the inclusion of people with disabilities. Thanks to the second edition of this initiative, 30 people with disabilities will benefit from a grant to train on the Atresmedia Formación course of their choice. The grant covers 80% of the cost of the chosen course.
