The First Reunión of the Group of Companies for Diversity and Inclusion had a double objective. In the first place, to share the results and impact of the communication campaign Soy Mucho Más (“I am much more”), starring the athlete Cisco García, which was presented on December 3rd with a very good reception on social networks. Secondly, to present the analysis of the surveys conducted to the working group, which helped to agree on choosing which actions will be carried out during this year. They will be focused on holding technical conferences, launching awareness campaigns and the organization of events for the dissemination of knowledge and culture of diversity.

The Companies for Diversity and Inclusion proyect was planned as a tool to promote collaboration between companies by achieving two of the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda: 8, Decent Work and Economic Growth, and 10, Reduced Inequalities.

The initiative has been developed and carried out by Randstad Foundation, a non-profit organization that seeks to integrate people with disabilities into society through employment. The plan is aimed at generating an integrated action group led by committed companies that materialize their social action strategy, positioning themselves as benchmarks and collaborating with other companies for diversity and inclusion.

Atresmedia, with the joint work of Human Resources and Corporate Responsibility Department, is committed to diversity and incorporating the talent of people with disabilities into its workforce, carrying out inclusive recruitment processes, incorporating students with disabilities through the Company's internship program and carrying out training actions that contribute to improving the employability of people with disabilities in the media sector.
