Manuel de la Viuda Fernández de Heredia was born in Madrid in 1961. He has a Law degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

He has spent his whole professional life at the Atresmedia Group, which he joined as a lawyer in 1990.

He is currently the Legal Advisory Director at the Atresmedia Group and Secretary to the Board of Directors of Atresmedia Corporación de Medios de Comunicación S.A., its Executive Committee and the Remuneration and Appointments Committee.
