S.A. declare that, to their knowledge, the financial statements for 2013, authorised for issue in the
meeting held on 26 February 2014 and prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting
principles, present fairly the equity, financial position, results of operations and cash flows of
Atresmedia Corporación de Medios de Comunicación, S.A., and that the directors’ report includes a
fair analysis of the performance and business results and position of Atresmedia Corporación de
Medios de Comunicación, S.A., together with a description of the main risks and uncertainties
facing the Company.
