Comunicación, S.A. declare that, as far as they are aware, the consolidated financial
statements for 2013, authorised for issue at the meeting held on 26 February 2014 and
prepared in accordance with the applicable accounting principles, present fairly the equity,
financial position and results of operations of Atresmedia Corporación de Medios de
Comunicación, S.A. and the companies composing the consolidated Group taken as a whole,
and that the consolidated directors’ report includes a fair analysis of the performance and
business results and position of Atresmedia Corporación de Medios de Comunicación, S.A.
and of the companies composing the consolidated Group taken as a whole, together with a
description of themain risks and uncertainties facing the Group.
