He commenced his professional career in 1993 at Arthur Andersen, within the Media sector. In 1997, he joined Telecinco, where he performed duties within the Internal Audit Department, to later become in charge of its subsidiaries. In 2000, he joined Jazztel as head of Consolidation and Reporting.

in 2001, he joined DeAgostini, within the team in charge of investments in the Audiovisual Contents and Media sector, where he performed analyst and control functions for investees. He also sits on the Board of Directors of various companies in which DeAgostini has ownership interests.

In July 2003, he joined the Atresmedia Group as Subdirector General of Radio Division Management. In 2008, he was appointed Director General of Atresmedia Radio, a post which he occupies at present.
